What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, country, course, dates and message you type into the form. That is all. We do not ask for identity documents or payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry and, if you enrol, to arrange your course and accommodation. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except where it is needed to arrange something you asked for, such as passing your arrival time to a host family.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful and deleted on request at any time. Write to surpacificoschool@gmail.com and we will remove your details.

Analytics

We use standard website analytics to see which pages people read. It tells us page views and rough location, not who you are.
